Babysitters class

Thanks for inquiring about “Babysitter Class”.

The Child and Babysitting Safety (CABS) program developed by the American Safety and Health Institute will help you as a new babysitter into developing your own babysitting business through caring for infants and children and keeping them safe. Also a Medic First Aid infant and child first aid and CPR class will follow on day two. Each student will receive a “CABS” manual and completion card as well as a Medic First Aid Infant and Child First Aid and CPR  manual to take home, along with their completion card. The completion cards can be copied onto their resume.

This is a 2 PART CLASS. Part 1; will be “CAB” class on October 12, Part 2; will be “Pediatric Plus” first aid and CPR class October 19th. The total cost  for both classes is $75.00. Cash, check, PayPal and credit card  is acceptable payment.

Class is limited to 10 student allowing each student to practice with a infant manikin. The classes are directed toward a 12 to 16 age group. All students need to register no later than October 10th.

Class time each day will be from 10am till 12 noon for a sack lunch break followed by class from 12:30  until 3:30 pm.

Classes will be held in Pony Village Mall across from the Sears Store.

The instructor is Steve Humphrey with 38 years and 9000 plus students of first aid and CPR teaching experience. Steve had 34 years experience as an EMT-I for Bay Cities Ambulance, retiring in March 2010 and starting CPR for People and Pets LLC .
